WaterlooBikes will be on Otto Street for Night Shift

WaterlooBikes.ca presents the ‘Bicycle Lounge’ at Night/Shift on Saturday Nov 2 2013 from 9pm-3am. The Bicycle Lounge on Otto Street (#2) will highlight lifestyle cycling featuring beautiful classic dutch and utilitarian bicycles with live music, speakers and vignettes on cycling in Copenhagen, Amsterdam and NYC. Night/Shift is Kitchener’s inaugural nuit blanche-style festival of art, culture and nocturnal adventure. On the night of the autumn time change, come downtown to explore an unconventional showcase of arts, technology, bright ideas and nightlife on foot or bicycle (especially by bicycle). I Love Lucy too

I’ve long been an admirer of Lucy. Ever since the first day she caught my eye with those red flowers on her basket and her ladybug bell. I’ve never met her as she seems to always arrive at work before me. She kind of embarrasses me when I’m leaving work and she’s still there waiting to take her owner home. My favourite Bicycle at Hillside

We hit Hillside again this year and as expected there’s always a few funky bicycles around, this one reminded me of our earlier yarn bombing post.
